Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid to help promote sleep. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve restlessness and/or nervousness and as a sleep aid.* Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Recommended Use:

12 years and more: Take 3 to 4 capsules 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
